JUNE KA LIM

Founder of Unsui Macrobiotic Academy
International Macrobiotic Educator & Advocate of Macrobiotic Food Healing in Asia
June Ka Lim is the Founder of Unsui Macrobiotic Academy and a long-standing advocate of macrobiotic food healing in Asia.
With more than three decades of teaching and practical experience, she has devoted her work to advancing the principle of food as medicine, integrating macrobiotic wisdom, plant-based nutrition, natural food preparation, mindful living, and respect for the rhythms of nature.
Through Unsui Macrobiotic Academy, June educates individuals, practitioners, and future teachers in the relationship between food, health, lifestyle, and the natural environment. Her teaching draws upon traditional Eastern food wisdom while adapting macrobiotic principles to the cultures, ingredients, and tropical climate of Asia.
Beyond culinary education, her work encourages a deeper understanding of food as a way of cultivating balance, awareness, sustainability, and responsible living.
Her continuing mission is to preserve and share the wisdom of macrobiotic food healing, making it practical and relevant for present and future generations across Asia.
